Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 15, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PayrollServicesMalta.co (the “Site”) and the services offered by Payroll Services Malta (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Scope of Services

We provide professional payroll management, compliance assistance, and related consulting services for companies operating in Malta. The full scope of services will be outlined in a formal service agreement prior to onboarding.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide complete, timely, and accurate data, including employee details, working hours, tax information, and any updates related to payroll. Delays or errors in submitted information may affect payroll accuracy and compliance.

Clients are also responsible for reviewing deliverables and notifying us promptly of any discrepancies.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be agreed upon in writing and invoiced monthly or as otherwise stated. Payment is due within the terms specified on the invoice, typically 14 days.

Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension until payment is received.

4. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. All sensitive business, financial, and employee data shared with us will be treated as strictly confidential and used solely for providing the agreed services.

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent, unless required by law.

5. Data Protection

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All personal data collected and processed will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Clients must also ensure their own compliance with applicable data protection regulations when submitting employee information to us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, branding, text, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Payroll Services Malta and may not be copied, modified, or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable measure to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Service Interruptions and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure in service due to events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet failure, or government restrictions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, as outlined in the client agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
